How To Use The Law Of Attraction Effectively

Possitive Motivationby Mark S. Kearns, Ma, N.H.D.

I believe that most people have had a great deal of exposure to information about the law of attraction. Many authors, speakers and presenters have attempted to uncover the mystery of this law from many different angles.

You can always find a number of videos and movies and seminars produced with the Law of Attraction as the main theme. Yet, the degree of success of the majority that have purchased this material has not been overwhelming. Why?

Every person has a creative essence, which manifest itself as consciousness. It is your divine spark, if you will. However, it is your level of awareness that controls your ability to communicate and rely on this source for support and guidance.

We find the operation of law of attraction to be dual in nature. On the physical level your thoughts create emotions which you recognized by their physical correspondence, feelings. As all vibrations do, these feelings represent vibrations occurring at a certain frequency.

An increase in the frequency and intensity of these vibrations is ultimately demonstrated in outward action. On the non-physical level, these thought images are also seeking expression.

The more intense the level of vibration of these feelings, the more they will push toward some outward action. These actions produce the results you experience in the physical world.

Emotions drive the power of your thought image. The more intense the emotions, the more response you will experience from the infinite source.

The clearer the image you create the more intense the thoughts surrounding that thought image, the more pronounced the response from the universal mind. Emotions act as a catalyst to help bring about the expression of your thought image.

One of the typical barriers to success for most people is the tendency of their thoughts. The thoughts that you constantly revisit on a daily basis, represent the tendency of your thoughts. These are the thoughts that create your reality.

To get the most from the law of attraction here are a few simple guidelines that will definitely help you get the best results. First, be clear in your thought image. Give some thought as to what you want and what makes it important for you to have this. Condense your thought image into its simplest and clearest form.

Use positive phrases to describe your goal. Most people can tell me what they don t want, but not what they do want. Express your desire in terms of what you do want.

Describe your desire in positive terms, always moving in the direction of your goal. Don’t waste time describing what you don’t want, because that is exactly what you will get.

Repeat your visualization process on a daily basis. You must create the habit of possessing this goal for it to become a reality for you. In between visualizations, use affirmations to help tune you to your desire. Finally, believe. Believing is the link from conceiving to achieving.

You are where you are in the world today because of the belief systems you have deep inside of you. There are certain mantras, quotes and philosophies that make up the great side of your personality and are what you rely on to make smart decisions in your life. Knowing, remembering and actually saying what you believe on a consistent basis to your children can be difficult.

By making an event out of the process of passing on your wisdom and smarts to your kids, you are increasing your chances that you will actually do it. Setting up a specific time to share your wisdom makes it happen on a regular basis.

A great time to provide kids with your knowledge is at the breakfast table. They have to eat and are stuck in that position until they are finished. This gives them time to actually listen to what you are saying.

This deadline that you have created will be what will drive you to come up with some of the secrets of life that have helped you in your life. Without the pressure and committing to sharing your knowledge at a specific time, you will be less likely to think of all those smart words of wisdom that have helped you out in your life.

Here are smart things to share with your children:

- Imagine the person you are about ready to saying something negative about is standing right beside you.

- If you ever commit a crime someday, somewhere, someone will find out… it might not be tomorrow, or next week, but someday you will get caught.

- A mistake you made can be one of your greatest experiences just as long as the mistake taught you a better way to do something.

Giving a quick burst of wisdom sometimes works best. It doesn’t have to be lengthy or have to have a hearty explanation. You said the wisdom, that is what is the important part.

Here is one little tid-bit of wisdom that you can share with your children that will help them become in high demand when they start to enter the work force and is a secret that will get them multitudes of repeat business.

DO YOUR JOB AND THEN AN “ALSO”

This is one of the best forms of free advertising ever. Whatever job, task or project your children are doing for someone, tell them to always throw in an “ALSO”. If they are babysitting, tell them to not only watch the kids for three hours but also do the dishes and tidy the kitchen. If they are mowing a lawn, tell them to not only cut the grass, but to clean off the mower, straighten the yard and sweep off the porch when they are done. If they are racking leaves, tell them to not only rack leaves but also bag them and put them where they belong.

The Best Goal Setting For Personal Success Needs to Be Flexible goal setting

by James Carter

The personal success of an individual is dependent upon the goals that are set and the achievement of those goals. When goal setting in any part of our lives, we often tend to set goals that are way out of reach in a small time period and thus lose interest before the goal can be reached. Personal success from goal setting needs to be centered on goal setting with small time lines and very surmountable moments of success. This will keep the mind moving toward the ultimate larger goal, setting the person up for the best possible chance for success.

Personal goal setting can work to make goal achievement easy and rewarding. These tips can help guide your personal goal setting in the right direction.

Large goal, small steps. The realistic nature of small goals makes the personal goal setting more apt for success. When we aim huge, we set ourselves up for failure. For instance, if we want lose weight and 100 lbs is our end goal, the smaller goals setting steps along the way may be in 10 lb increments. This way, every time those small goals are reached, the end goal becomes more near and we see that as a reality and not as a distant dream.

Give back to YOU! When using goal setting for personal success, the small achievements are the ones that help us to maintain focus on the larger goal; setting us up for ultimate happiness in the end. But, we need to allow ourselves the luxuries of a pat on the back when we do things well. Life is about rewards and rewarding ourselves is important if we want goal setting to work over a long period of time. The rewards should be tangible and not things we can not touch. For instance, weight loss goals that are met can be marked by a piece of artwork or a stone stepper in the garden.

Take the help you need. Pride in goal setting is often the hamper to our success. When we need help achieving our goals, there are often many people around us willing to give that help, but the prideful creatures we are, we aim at accomplishing that goal setting success all by ourselves. A goal that is reached, is a success no matter if you have help or not!

Revise when needed. Goal setting is not perfect. Life comes at you with the force of reality and often goal setting needs to be reworked in order to fit the current times and life choices. Success is not measured on the accomplishment of the original goal, just n accomplishment in general. You are the one that controls your goal setting fate and ultimately your success. Do not be afraid to change and modify your goals as needed.

Smile and be happy even when goals are not met. There is no sense is crying over a miss goal. Just because goal setting is there to help us to achieve goals does not mean every goal will end in success. Stumbles in goal setting success give us character and make us appreciate the goals we do achieve.

Taking your time and setting goals that are achievable will make the difference in goal setting for personal success. It is the goals we set in our lives that make us drive for more and strive for the best. Goal setting needs to be realistic and open to change. And, when goals setting works and those success goals are reached, celebrate and reward yourself.

positive motivationStop Procrastinating use 7 Simple Steps

The root cause of procrastination is caused by falling victim of laziness.  Do you often suffer because something you considered easy has turned difficult because it is now due?

However, you must realize that you will experience true comfort, if you get rid of your laziness by shaking yourself up into action. You may draw comfort from the fact that you are in the company of many that are affected by procrastination. Like many others, you can indeed stop procrastinating and start meeting deadlines, by following a few simple steps that teach you effective time management.

1. Plan your daily must-do activities. Draw up a to-do list; preferably, write it down on paper; or, use a computer if you prefer.

2. Prioritize the activities, the more important ones taking precedence over the less important. The idea is based on the established principle that 80% of rewards accrue from 20% of effort directed towards accomplishing important work. If there are urgent things to do, but not important enough to be worried about if not done, put them below the important ones.

3. Estimate the time required for each of the listed activities after analyzing their complexity. Avoid underestimation, as you may not have enough time to do well a particular piece of work. Similarly, avoid overestimation, for that may leave some activities without enough time. A realistic budgeting of time is necessary. Time allocation is a skill that is acquired with experience. Keep reviewing, and revising your time schedule as you progress.

4. Organize your life. Remember lack of discipline causes confusion, even chaos, in your life. Avoid sloppiness. For instance, leave your personal belongings of daily use, like your glasses, your clothing, your computer etc., in the same place. It eats into your time when you can’t find something you need right now. If you stay organized, you will avoid wasting your precious time and leave more time for the actual work. Apply the principle of doing work first and then taking time for pleasure and relaxation. Reverse the order only at the pain of falling prey to procrastination. You can get time for rest and relaxation if you are efficient in doing your assigned work.

5. Break you work into small segments. You may see a mountain at first, but mountains can be moved, especially if you begin by moving just a small stone from it. You know you cannot move the entire mountain all at once. Do not let the presumed immensity of the task deter you. If you do you will put off the task for another day, which will never come. Just begin by taking one small step and you will reach your destination.

6. Remember procrastination grows into a habit by the minute. Begin your day by launching yourself head first into the most important job waiting to be done. Put first the things that can be done quickly early in the day.

7. Learn and practice suitable mental relaxation techniques, such as meditation. Learn to cope with anxiety, depression, stress and other similar conditions of the mind related to your problems in life. Keep yourself fit, not just physically but mentally as well.

Everybody on this Earth has something valuable to offer another person.  Everyone of us is able to be very prosperous and contented.  But nevertheless, so many of us struggle day after day.  We’re captured in a cruel rat-race, and often we can barely come up for breath.  Nonetheless, to each of us, there’s hope.  Using the Law of Attraction, I want to teach you how to pull to yourself your Million Dollar Idea.

We all are here for a reason.  We all have something that only we can offer.  To figure out our purpose is to find that which both makes us contented and makes us wealthy.  We were not intended to fear, hurt, or suffer.  Still, we all have been guilty of doubting ourselves, and we must learn to move through this.  These are very basic things that you must understand before you’ll be able to even begin to reveal your million dollar idea.  If you find it, but question yourself and do not follow up on it, you might not encounter it again for years.

You may want to create a list of things you know.  You can list things that you have unique knowledge in.  You could try to narrow the list down into something you think is valuable in the market place.  There are hundreds of books for that tactic.  What I want to reveal to you today is a tactic that is far easier, but you must be willing to put in the effort and specifically to remain very mindful for the answer.

Find a time when you have half an hour to yourself.  Find a comfortable, secluded place that is quiet and relaxing.  Sit (or lie) or get comfortable in whatever way you want.  Listen very attentively to the sounds about you.  If the room is silent, listen to the silence.  Become aware of your breathing.  Count thirty breaths (in-out one, in-out two).  When you have finished this your body and mind will be very relaxedat ease and in the perfect state to proceed.

Close your eyes and repeat out loud, “I intend my million dollar idea to present itself to me now.  My million dollar idea is here and now and I will that it show itself.”  Now listen to the silence, focusing on what you just said.  Every few seconds when you begin to feel your mind meandering, repeat the procedure - say it aloud again, then listen and feel the power of your words as they echo through your being.  Continue this for as long as you can, then become mindful of your breathing for ten breaths.  Then you may get up and go about your life.

Now you’ve released an emotional desire for your million dollar idea to present itself to you.  I won’t go into it, but the world you perceive around you is in reality within you - everything in your external world is only a representation of something internal.  So what you need to do now is to remain cognizant of what you’re doing throughout the day.  When you’re speaking with someone, listen very deeply to what they’re saying.  Whenever you stumble across a book, a magazine, or a proposal of some sort, pay extra attention to it.

What will happen is that something in your external life will happen that will present the million dollar idea to you.  Does your friend have a problem that you may have a solution to?  Is that answer possibly your million dollar idea?  Do you hear someone discussing something they wish they had, but nobody has created it?  Do you hear anyone complaining about a lack of something that maybe you could supply?

The peculiar thing is, occasionally your million dollar idea won’t sound like a million dollar idea to you at first.  As your day goes by (and the following day), write down everything you think could be a suggestion.  Dreams are especially important.  What you’ll start to discover is a pattern based around one definite idea, one certain need, that others have.  You will start to recognize it over and over again.  This is the process of your idea introducing itself to you.  Once you’re certain you have it, then begin to develop it, and keep faith in yourself.

The ease of this exercise is deceiving.  The universe, our external reality, is perpetually transmitting to us on a personal level, because our external reality is in fact only a manifestation of our internal.  The technique of giving an intent and question and then really paying attention to personal messages coming out of the world around you will help you open up to the process of life.

You see, the best million dollar ideas are not things that you think are fashionable or inspiring.  They are things that others need - things that benefit others!  That’s quite often the simple rule that we neglect in life.

The best moment is when you realize that we don’t actually have one million dollar idea.  We have a limitless number of them at our fingertips!  All we need to do is ask and listen.  May your life be enriched and your dreams come true!
