Looking to Lose Weight Really Fast?

Have you found a plan that brings results and helps you lose weight really fast? We don’t want to lose weight so fast that it is unhealthy, but we need to lose the weight fast enough that we don’t get discouraged.

I am like many many other women struggling to lose weight and balance life with their family. It is tough. To top it off, many women in their mid 30’s and 40’s also struggle with monthly hormonal effects which often result in migraine headaches. So crash diets, that throw your body into a tailspin are not an option. Your body is sensitive – massive sudden changes that throw off your body’s balance are simply not an option. They are not worth it. You end up feeling worse than you would if you had just kept the weight on.

What is the true secret to losing weight really fast? How can I drop the weight so that most of my life won’t have passed me by before the weight starts coming off? We really don’t have time to wait around – we need to get the weight off now. How do we do it?

Obviously, the things we continually hear about are important to consider. Exercise, healthy diet – consume fewer calories than you burn. But is there more? What else can be done? I don’t have the luxury of time where I can spend 4-5 hours a day in a gym working out. I live in the real world. I have to work, I have children to care for – a household to run.

Wouldn’t it be great if there were foods that actually increased your metabolism? That would help you lose weight faster. Some of the foods that ARE actually suppose to help you increase your metabolism include: apples, pears, peaches, strawberries, watermelons, artichokes, cauliflower, eggplant, corn, okra, etc? These are great additions to my diet except for the apples or anything with too much sugar. High levels of sugar will send me spiraling into a migraine headache. At any rate, as good of an idea as they seem, I really don’t think that if I sit around and eat buckets full of okra for days upon end that I am going to really make that much of an impact in my weight loss.

So, even though we’ve established that choosing specific types of food can be helpful and that you can’t really go wrong with eating a healthy diet and exercise, where does that leave us? Are we any closer to losing weight really fast? On the opposite end of the spectrum, its no secret that starving ourselves is not the key. So what is the key to losing weight really fast? Considering the trouble I have with migraines, and my schedule challenges with finding time to be in the gym, what’s the best approach to drop the weight?

Speaking of weight that does not want to come off. I’ve heard of another concept related to weight loss. The fact that we cannot lose weight because of plaque build-up in our intestines. If you have broken up with your ex and getting your ex back is the number one thing on your mind, you are probably not feeling too good just now. A break up is painful at any time, let alone when you still care for your ex.

All you can think about is getting your ex back – but how do you make it happen? And importantly, how do you make it romantic motivationhappen sooner rather than later? When you are full of emotions it can be hard to work this out.

Getting your ex back may not be the easiest thing you have ever done. But it isn’t impossible. There are ways to make it happen.

There may not be a magic solution to your dilemma but that does not mean there isn’t a process you can follow that will give you the best possible chance of getting your ex back. But first you need to accept that the solution will not be immediate and you have to get your emotions under control.

No strategy for getting you ex back will work unless you achieve the right state of mind – be realistic but positive too. And most of all, stop feeling sorry for yourself and wearing your heart on your sleeve.

Do your best to behave normally, even if normal is the last way you feel. Go to work, go to classes, see your friends. Do the things you would normally do. Act like you feel fine and all is well with the world.

If that seems impossible to do then pretend you feel fine. Believe it or not if you pretend to feel ok you’ll start to feel better.

Once you have your emotions under control it will be time to start working to get your ex back. There are ways to do this so take heart, and be patient.

Every day we hear claims that we can have anything we want- wealth, abundance, happiness, lasting and fulfilling love- just by opening our minds to it, and using our brains more fully. We endeavor to cram our brains full of information in this the age of information. But still we can’t seem to unlock that more than 70% of our brain’s capacity that we don’t use.  Often the task of doing this seems to elude us.

If you are interested in the power of the mind you can access a lot of tools to help you on your way. You can buy cards and mini-books created by famed affirmation-ist Louise Haye, and read them daily. You can join a 12-step program, such as Alanon (if you have or know someone who has an addiction.) If not, you can at least read the 12-step books and use the slogans daily. You can do meditations, and yoga, and a myriad of body-mind-spirit practices that will help you unlock the power of the mind by going within the body. All of these are valid and very beneficial.

Is it true that the mind can heal cancerous cells, cause you to lose weight, whether or not you diet, and allow you to become masterful at some task that even if you believe yourself to have no skill in that direction. I have wondered if this were the true meaning of the biblical term that ‘faith can move a mountain.’ Perhaps truly believing does cause miracles. Or perhaps the truly believing is the miracle.

How would it be, I wonder, if we could skip over the hard work of constant bathroom affirmations, cards, and readers? What would it be like to just lay there and listen to a tape or CD- then fall to sleep and allow the magic to work on you the next day and into the future. Experts say this method, called brain entrainment, is entirely possible- and even works very well. I am also told does not involve any scary ’subliminal messages.’ This is such a fascination for me- this thought that I really can train my brain without working so hard- that I am inclined to try this method and let you know how it works.

It is said that we can increase our mental power and access the power of our minds through brain entrainment. I am sure this is very true. But the true test for me will be will I do it steadily, every day, until the learning sinks in? Or perhaps I need to first buy the entrainment CD that will train me to do that.
