It is important to keep in mind that people grief in different ways. Some people who are coming out of a bad relationship might just need your presence as a friend. To laugh, talk about the good times you’ve had together and just to undertake all jolly activities. Some may need a friend to listen nothing more but just to sit and listen.

Do not get tired if they just want to talk about their ex lover or relationship in general. It might not be a bad idea to let the person speak and cry if need be. Lending and ear can do wonders to those in pain.

If you are the one who needs encouragement words if that is the case, visit some interactive websites where you can share your pain with people who are willing to listen and encourage you. There are a number of forums, support groups and chartrooms that offer free support, poems and cards in order to help people who have lost their loved ones or divorced.

Nowadays it is easy to find free inspirational content by using the internet. It is not a bad idea to buy a book that can help take away any form of depression and hopelessness and instead inspire and motivate you to face life with zest.

It is a matter of fact that, once you gain the best understanding of motivation and how it transform your life, then you will start living it to the fullest. It might not be easy to take this in, but it is not the end of the world really, it is okay to cry just as long as you never forget that life goes on and you are in it.

What do I need to do to guarantee my goal achievement?

Get Clear, Get Clear, Get Clear… Crystal Clear about what you want to achieve. This step is often the one that most prospective clients think they have mastered but really have not. When they arrive at my office, they are surprised to find out that in fact they weren’t clear at all about what they want to achieve.

Yes, but how do you know if you are clear?

Start by asking yourself a few simple questions.
Can you succinctly state what it is that you want? Can you explain why you want this?
How will you feel when you’ve achieved your goal?

The all time favorite goal that a lot of people have is to be rich. Excellent. What is rich to you? Is it having $10,000, $1,000,000 or $100,000,000? Or maybe it is being able to take 3 holidays a year in 5 star hotels. Or traveling the world.

Next, ask yourself why you want this. Let’s say that you’ve established that rich, to you, means having $1,000,000. Ok. Why do you want this $1,000,000? I am sure that you do not want to simply amass bank notes. What do you want this money for? Is it that you want to exchange the money for luxury vacations, or to become debt free, or buy the home you always dreamed of…go ahead, you fill in the blanks.

What’s next… now that you know What you want and Why?

Once you determine exactly why you want to achieve your goal, establish how achieving this goal makes you feel. This part is always very enlightening. Ask yourself what your life will be like. Picture it if you are visual, feel it if you are sensory, or think it if you have a more cognitive nature. The point is get to the essence of why you want what you want.

What is Essence?

Let me first say that this step is as critical as the ones before, because, you see, the essence is the crucial, and often unchanging, element of what you want to achieve. You must take the time to really feel the essence of what the goal achieved represents for you.

You know that doing what you’ve always done gets you more o what you already have…undesirable result.

Go ahead. Take this different approach and ask yourself:
1) What do I want?
2) Do I really want it? Why do I want it?
3) What is the unchangeable, unique element of how achieving this goal will make me feel?

You are reading this article, so I don’t need to convince you that you are ready to have a different outcome.

Some people won’t say “things will never get better,” “If I failed once, it will happen again” and “If I experience misfortune in one part of my life, then it will happen in my whole life.”

Optimism seems a socially desirable trait in all communities. Those who share optimism are generally accepted while those who spread gloom, panic and hysteria are treated unfavorably.

Optimists are healthier and live longer. Medical research has justified that simple pleasures and a positive outlook can cause a measurable increase in the body’s ability to fight disease.

So why not be an optimist today? And think positively towards a more fulfilled life.

The creative notions

So how do you unleash your creative thinking? Well, the first thing is to become a human leech. No, we’re not talking about just sucking the blood out of every living being available, we’re saying that you should take in as much knowledge and learning you can find. Read everything available — good and bad, and keep your mind open to the infinite possibilities of the universe. The more you know, the more you’ll want to know, and the more your faculty of wonder will be exercised. Prepare to be amazed at little facts that add a bit of color into your life.

Try something new everyday and let your experiences broaden your perspective. Explore a new district in your neighborhood. Spend an afternoon in a museum to which you’ve never been before. Chat up someone on the bus. Open up to the people around you. As you thrust yourself out of your comfort zone more and more each day, your sense of adventure grows and so does your zest for life. Think about it. When was the last time you did something for the first time? If it’s been a while, I tell you, you’ve been missing out on a whole lot of experiences that could’ve added to your growth, emotionally, mentally, physically, or spiritually. Why don’t you try bungee jumping today? Not only will you learn, but you will also have plenty of stories to share, enabling you to practice your storytelling skills and making you the life of the party.

As you surpass your milestones, reward yourself. Treat yourself to something nice - a new dress, a new fishing pole, whatever you like, be sure to award yourself for a job well done.

You need to have determination. With good intentions, there may be a close friend or family member that feels it would be better if you focused your attention in another direction. Uphold your unstoppable attitude, determined to succeed.

All things considered, she is probably moved on. No doubt, there is pain when someone you love is lost. You can have an intimate contact by developing it yourself and not by buying it. It is most difficult in life to lose a person that you raised and molded.

Overcoming Break UpTo start a relationship is easy but to maintain it and succeed is another thing. It’s normal and usual for a relationship to break but the worst part of it comes when the parties involved are too hurt and left with some painful wounds to nurse. The healing process of a break-up may differ so much depending on different people and the kind of relationship that existed between them. It may take long or short time to heal but you must know how to overcome a painful relationship break-up.

When a break-up occurs in a relationship, it leaves one with unbelievable and unbearable pain and shame. Here are some tips on how to overcome.

No matter how hard it may be to believe, you must come to proper terms that you broke up. Forget about being in a state of denial, you need to push the belief that you are no longer together. Anger follows after the denial once you realize that you are often getting disturbed by this experience just take it positively and try to overcome it. Even when things seem like they are headed in the wrong direction, try to make the best of the situation.

You may feel depressed after you go through the denial and anger phase. Everyone feels the pain of rejections, but moving through pain should not push you to depression.

You should not spend time alone which leads into recalling of memories of the paste relationship and hence it is always better and make sure to keep yourself busy with something interesting or with your best friends. A break up is not a reason enough as to why you should live an unfulfilling life. Find strength in adversity, live to love and choose to be happy. By doing all this, you will be able to overcome a painful relationship break-up.
